Boodskap van Henriëtte Wessels | Message from Henriëtte Wessels

Is almal voorbereid?

Het julle `n Plan B? Gaan ons aanpas of gaan ons sink?

Over the years, FCIA has had to undergo so much change, adapt, innovate and think outside the box. We even underwent a name change and changed our logo.

Everything looks different: our management model, our supporters, sources of income, our client base and even our volunteer profile.

A very important national election is on the horizon. Subsidies are in the balance. Are we ready to continue if we no longer receive subsidies? Is everyone prepared?

Do you have a Plan B? Will we adapt or will we sink?

The 115-year-old culture of FCIA has always been about making plans, rolling up our sleeves and getting to work.

We have a responsibility to those in need, but also to our staff to keep their positions. Without this, FCIA is not sustainable.

The onus is on us; on each one present here!
