Die tak funksioneer optimaal met `n aktiewe bestuur, `n span gedrewe vrywilligers en lojale personeel wat daartoe verbind is om VVA se missie en visie uit te leef.   Die tak is `n ware ambassadeur vir die groter organisasie. VVA Bloemfontein handhaaf positiewe verhoudings met rolspelers, gemeenskapslede, vrywilligers en Hoofbestuur.
